At Room To Discover (RTD), our mission is to empower leaders in their quest to support educators and students. 

To further this aim, we are excited to offer a collaborative and supportive platform for you and your fellow education leaders. In this informal setting, participants will exchange innovative ideas and best practices, and work together to find solutions to the most pressing issues facing K12 educators. 

Our FREE Mindshare series spans three, 30-minute lunch meetings, each dedicated to a critical topic:

  • Friday, November 3rd – No Vacancy: Explore issues related to staffing shortages, including teacher retention and onboarding 
  • Friday, November 10th – Perfect Attendance: Discuss the rise in chronic absenteeism and action steps that can make a difference
  • Friday, November 17th – Wellness: How leaders are helping teachers, students, and themselves manage stress and find joy in their day

N.B., All meetings will be held from 12:00pm-12:30pm ET.
